This is better than CI 2 and 4 but the thing that keeps all from getting top marks are though you understand in app purchases, to keep people wanting to stay past a certain point, you need to know that not all people are wealthy enough to put in so much in a game to really be able to afford some of these expansions or extra islands and if you just try to not build to save it is not productive either.
